RENTAL APPLICAITON INSTRUCTIONS
Thank you for your interest! Below are instructions for both brokers and applicants: Brokers please provide your client(s) with a copy of the attachments posted on top, or if not a Broker, send an email requesting these documents to rent@highlightrealty.com
ONLY COMPLETE APPLICATIONS CAN BE PROCESSED. APPLICATIONS ARE PROCESSED IN THE ORDER IN WHICH THEY ARE RECEIVED, (I.E. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED). BANK WILL ONLY LOOK AT ONE OFFER AT A TIME ! PLEASE NOTE ALL APPLICATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
| STEP A: SEND COMPLETED DOCUMENTATION |
The owner will not accept outside documentation (i.e. previous credit report and/or application). Please email to highlightrealty@aol.com a legible copy of the following items. If any items are missing your application cannot be processed!
1. Signed copy of the Statement of Rental Policy by all applicants 18 years or older,
2. Completed and signed application(s) – separate application required for each person 18 or older, any blanks will delay the processing time, last line of application is references make sure you put it.
3. Current 30-60 day proof of income (copy check stubs, verification of employment letter, etc.)
4. Copy of current COLOR photo identification such as a driver’s license, military or state identification card or passport for verification of identity for each occupant 18 or older, and
5. If you have pets, a clear COLOR photo of each pet is required.
| STEP B: PAY APPLICATION FEES |
All application fees are non-refundable. The fee is $50 for each adult 18 years and older. Once we receive your completed application(s) we will contact you to arrange payment. Fees can be paid by:
1. Cash, cashier check, or money order (no personal checks ) which must be delivered to our office at 5323 Lake worth rd , Lake worth fl 33463
2. Credit or debit card. Charges are processed via PayPal. Applicants do not need to have a PayPal account. Upon receipt of the application, applicants will be invoiced by email via PayPal. Just follow the user friendly links to complete your credit or debit card payment. paypal address is highlightrealty@aol.com , do not send payment until we confirm your application is complete.

Once the application is processed and payment confirmed, the owner’s leasing manager will review your file for final lease approval. Please allow up to 5 business days for this final review in the event additional documentation or information is needed.
